Yes, I know, it's not really optimized.

The only way to fix this is by rewriting the core of the plugin to use a slightly different mechanism for reading/writing data which should drastically help with performance. However, I just don't have the time to write that and test it, mostly because I have more important things to look after and I don't get anything from this project. I am currently only fixing bugs and updating to new versions, since that's fairly trivial.

I'll still leave this open as it's a valid issue that needs to be worked on in the future.

Same here, it seems to only happen when hopper minecarts are sucking items from a chest. Brings down server TPS from 20 to 16.
