spm什么命令都抱这个错

应该是 PATH 没配对，参考：
http://docs.spmjs.org/doc/environment#windows-环境

尝试重新安装。

npm install [email protected] -g -f

不行啊，还是一样的，PATH和NODE_PATH都设置过了，并且重装了N次，不知道是nodeJS哪里出错了
