scp2无法上传文件, 而且异常也不会在回调function里调用
系统: mac和windows
vscode: 1.53.2
在vscode老的版本是可以正常使用的，最近更新了过后，就不行了, 测了多台电脑，
windows和mac同时都存在，只要更新最新的vscode就会出现这个问题
