Windows 11 Start Button Search goes to BING

Hello,
I have set the default to Vivaldi and search engine to StartPage (vivaldi's) and yet doing a search in the start menu results in Bing providing the search result.
Does this not work with W11 ? I did not see anything about it not working with W11 in the wiki.

Me too using the paid version. Bummer since I just discovered this. Almost worth rolling back to win 10 to get this fixed.

Don't do that because Microsoft disabled this programs funktionality in both windows 10 and 11 simultaneously. The only thing that would work is using an older version of windows 10. I haven't researched which one is the latest it worked on tho.
