Duration keyword not propagating correctly to times in romanisim-make-stack

For some test romanisim-make-stack runs with some large programs, I find that all of the exposure dates end up being identical. The intent was to use duration to lead those times to change in a somewhat plausible way. We should figure out what went wrong there.
