Model Coral's mission operations as a finite-state machine

Task
Produce a finite-state machine model of Coral's primary mission operations.

Description
This entails identifying states, transitions, inputs, and outputs. This will provide a mid to high-level overview, as well as a basic computational model, for simulating or designing behavior pertaining to Coral's primary mission operations (i.e., mining, processing, and manufacturing of lunar regolith).
