Stacked electrical parts are not detected in build recipes.

Description

When electrical components like capacitors are stacked the build menu is not detecting the multiple instance of them.

Reproduction
Try make a medsec hud with stack capacitors, they must be split to 1 stacks only.

Assuming it affects anything with multiple elec parts but can be replicated with that medsec hud

Interesting, if you try to merge them into one entry and give it amount: 2 then the character can make the medsec hud while they are stacked, but the entire stack of capacitors will be removed, no matter what number is required on the prototype
