Run Corecycler bat file isn't making the config ini file

Hello. When I run the bat file and input my default optimizer values, it doesn't create the config.ini file and it gives an error that it can't find the config.default.ini file

It seems like you're trying to do something you're not supposed to do.

The script should only try to create the config.ini file from the default.config.ini if it can't find the config.ini in the main directory (or if it is corrupted).
