Instead of opening interactive window, you can execute scripts:
SharpDebug.ScriptExecution.Execute("path_to_script");
Or execute interactive commands with
var interactiveExecution = new SharpDebug.InteractiveExecution();
interactiveExecution.Interpret("<C# code>");
