Proposal Overview

SORA Lottery is an automated and random lottery system built in SORA Network that provides SORA users with the possibility to play lottery on-chain
SORA Lottery will benefit the ecosystem because it’s a new service in the network, and because it uses KUSD as a unit of account, providing the first utility case for KUSD in the network.
The value created by the Lottery will be accrued in the $LOTTERY token, that will be distributed in a fair launch, a LotteryDrop, between the participants who purchase lottery tickets during the first 7 weeks of the Lottery. The market for $LOTTERY in Polkaswap will also benefit the network, with more transactions.
SORA Lottery has been created by some members of the community that want to make an example of how a new project can be launched in the SORA network, providing a new utility while we have some fun. All contributions are welcome, you can participate in the telegram channel https://t.me/SoraLottery

The Sora Lottery team is working to make the project the first Cross-Chain Lottery in crypto.
Stage 1 : Launch in SORA Mainnet (1st round 4th Nov)
Stage 2: Launch in all Polkadot and Kusama
Stage 3: Launch in other ecosystems (EVM, TON chain, etc)

Proposal Goals

The goal of the proposal is 1) the whitelisting to be approved by the community and 2) Register $Lottery token in the Hashi Bridge.

Scope of Work

Community Approve PR with Whitelisting request.
Council Register $LOTTERY Asset on the SORA Hashi Bridge and Community vote in Governance.

Project has been tested by members of the SORA community and it's already running.
