Battery capacity doesn't update on Xperia 10 V (Android 13)

Description
Battery capacity doesn't get updated when charging or discharging. Initial capacity value at boot is correct but never updates after that until next reboot.

Symptoms
Battery capacity doesn't get updated for example in /sys/class/power_supply/battery/capacity.

How to reproduce
Wait for battery to discharge or charge a bit and monitor capacity value.
