Crate links to types inside signatures

The same way the user can put the link in the documentation directly (for example [crate::ExampleStruct]), we also want to make signatures link to the types that they are containing (return type, args etc.). It would also most certainly require us to semantically parse the signatures instead of just cutting out plain string values from item's text
