Position of password change messages

You only see the password change messages (such as "Data saved correctly") if you are scrolled to the bottom of the My Settings window. If not, you don't see the message. Can the messages be moved up to just below the "update profile" button? I think that would solve the problem because it is mostly like that a user would see the message just after clicking that button.
