spark_enrich is useless for EmrEtlRunner stream mode, but RDB Loader up to R29 mistakenly expects it in config (snowplow/snowplow-rdb-loader#95) and therefore EmrEtlRunner fails on load step.

Once we release R29 and update it to 0.15.0 in both config sample - we can delete spark_enrich from stream_config.yml.sample.
