PAT testing and other maintenances - extra functionality

Hey all, we have just been through the process of PAT testing out devices/assets for our business.

I have been looking for a solution which helps us when logging PAT testing results in a more structured way.

I understand that we can use the "maintenance" page and set PAT testing, but that does not help with extra results, again I can work around and use custom fields but it can be a pain to set these up correctly.

I have found the following which helps with what I need, but it was created using an outdated version of SnipeIT.
