Please can you document the API master option

please can you document(reference it) on the read.md page as it would have really helped me, so might help others - the option to set the api master, which I think might be:
kube-master-url

for example
kube-master-url=http://apimaster:8080

or
kube-master-url=http://172.12.56.21:8080

Technically, SkyDNS has nothing to do with k8s.... Not opposed to adding k8s specific docs, but you'll have to send a PR. Thanks! /Miek
