From the EVE forums:

I've had a problem with this app for some time now. Appeared in the last stable version, and also in the beta that is up.
Basically the app does not take into account any implants when calculating the training time, leaving it constantly out of whack with the time given in game.
I have completely removed the app on several occasions and re-downloaded without any effect.

I updated Vitality to handle the new CharacterSheet format for implants (release v0.3.1b). That should have fixed this issue, but doesn't seem to have.
