2.0.0 Azure and Magento 2.3.x Compatibility

Added possibility to download releases/clones from Azure Blob storage.
Please check variables, some names were changed on purpose to force review of them, cause in 1.x version some variable names were confused and that might have caused issues while pulling data from AWS S3.
