The size of carriage return is not consistent to font size

There are two paragraphs of text in below image. The empty line between than should have size 18 but it has the default size (in my case is 14). If I will add the carriage return after text with size 22 its size also will be 14.
So this is a bug all characters must have the size which is selected until it will be changed.
