[Mobile][Android] Reduced performance in 4.1.0 update compares to earlier 3.7.0.

My issue is about [Mobile][Android]

I have tried running example directory successfully before creating an issue here.

The issue is with performance comparison between 3.7.0 and 4.1.0. The quill 3.7.0 version is faster in terms of scrolling and typing whereas the Quill 4.1.0 version is a little slower, it takes a little delay in scrolling as well as in typing when writing a long document.

This is resolved as of now by upgrading the compile SDK and kotlin.
