We should add a new project in topics 3 and 4 about iterative simulation of grid elements. Here are some inspiring links:

The predator/prey problem allows an interesting thinking on the load balancing (when the decomposition is spacial) or on comm efficiency (when the decomposition is over the entities), as demonstrated in the following link. Many other such assignment exist when searching for "MPI boids". But this should come after another stencil activity that would be data-independent, for sake of clarity.
