Make the error page more fancy.

The error page is ugly. An error page is supposed to explain why it doesn't work, but its unaesthetic CSS might actually increase the pre-existing frustration of users.

problems

Concerning the CSS, I have only two reproaches:

❌ the margins are too tiny
❌ the contrast between the error code and the background is not sufficient.

features

I also have two features in mind:

• better error codes (more explicit, possibly with some troubleshooting advice)
• GIFs of the members of the team, regularly curated by the resp' GIF

what we should do

Given that:

• this issue is not urgent at all,
• I might want to contribute to the portail again, but I've forgotten everything about this f***ing codebase
• it's ridiculously easy to fix the CSS

I might make a PR fixing the CSS, soon.

Please tell me if you agree with my proposals of enhancements and I will edit this issue/tick the boxes once we have a consensus.

Nice idea! I never thought about this, but you're right, this page could (and should) be way clearer. I am just wondering what to say to the user when there is a 500 (we usually don't have much information about what happened). For all other errors, I totally agree with those enhancements.
