Can't get metrics without yaml file

Hi

I tried to use otel collector as below. I am geeting logs in main index k8main , but no data in metrics index k8metrics.

helm install my-splunk-otel-collector --set="splunkPlatform.endpoint=XXXXX,
splunkPlatform.token=YYYYY,
splunkPlatform.index=k8main,
splunkPlatform.metricsEnabled=true,
splunkPlatform.metricsIndex=k8metrics,
splunkPlatform.insecureSkipVerify=true,
clusterName=splunk-cluster" splunk-otel-collector-chart/splunk-otel-collector

Here is the error i am getting

Also I am a bit confused. Which chart should I use? is it [splunk-otel-collector-chart] or [splunk-connect-for-kubernetes]
Please advice.

Update:
So I changed my token to that of metrics and now I am getting metrics data, but not getting logs any more.

I am looking for a helm that can give all the three data. That is logs, metrics and objects.

So found the solution. The problem was that when we create HEC token, we have to include both main and metrics index in "Selected indexes" .
