  1. Descriptions to be compliant with NTIA formatting, which is better.
  2. Every extensions should have an example similar to how NTIA has it implemented.

Originally discussed GNU Radio Conference 2021.

I think #1 is a requirement for v1.0.0.

#2 we could tag a release without.... but it would sure be good to have.

The first of these is now complete. The second is not. Rewording the title and marking for v1.x dev.
