Problem on updated Chrome

Hello.
I was using the code quite successfully in my wife's in-house app for signing documents on an ipad.
I wrote it for her around a year ago and it was working without any problems.
However, nowadays we're having issues. I think it's related to chrome update.
I can reproduce the behavior using desktop chrome in "mobile view" in your demo.
I cannot "draw" after keeping finger/pencil longer in one place.
And I cannot make "dots".
Sometimes, making dots in different places creates a line between the "dots".

Is it possible that someone could find some time to explore the issue ?
