The shipwright.io website should include reference docs for the command line, so that developers do not need to go to the individual GitHub repo to find this info.

Import the auto-generated contents of the CLI docs directory to the website as "reference" for the CLI.
Describe alternatives you have considered.
N/A - alternative is the current state of no CLI-specific documentation on the website.
