% FieldTrip
% Version unknown www.fieldtriptoolbox.org DD-MM-YYYY
%
% FieldTrip is the MATLAB software toolbox for MEG and EEG analysis that is being
% developed by a team of researchers at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and
% Behaviour in Nijmegen, the Netherlands in close collaboration with collaborating
% institutes.
%
% The toolbox offers advanced analysis methods of MEG, EEG, and invasive
% electrophysiological data, such as time-frequency analysis, source reconstruction
% using dipoles, distributed sources and beamformers and non-parametric statistical
% testing. It supports the [data formats](/faq/dataformat) of all major MEG systems
% (CTF, Neuromag/Elekta/Megis, BTi/4D, Yokogawa/Ricoh) and of most popular EEG systems,
% and new formats can be added easily. FieldTrip contains high-level functions that you
% can use to construct your own analysis protocols in MATLAB. Furthermore, it easily
% allows methods researchers to incorporate new methods for EEG/MEG analysis.
%
% The FieldTrip software is free but copyrighted software, distributed under the terms
% of the GNU General Public Licence as published by the Free Software Foundation (either
% version 2, or at your option any later version). See the file COPYING for more

% The FieldTrip toolbox depend on functions from other toolboxes to do a large part of
% the actual work, such as reading data from binary files and forward and inverse
% modelling of the EEG/MEG. These low-level functions are contained in the private
% subdirectory. These other toolboxes on which the framework depends are copyrighted by
% their respective authors, see each individual MATLAB file for the details.
%
% Unauthorised copying and distribution of functions that are not explicitely covered by
% the GPL is not allowed!
%
% Below is a non-exhaustive overview of some of the important FieldTrip functions, sorted by category.
% You can get more details on a function by typing 'help functionname' in MATLAB.
