This is a continuation of a discussion, but I wanted to just create an issue to track the potential development of a higher level referenced ID that references both directional ids as a "group" id. This could help with providing segment/road related summaries for aggregations, and to relate what is being observed on single blocks a little more easily. It also makes the summary of data that is not "inherently" directional a little easier.
Please let me know if you want this issue edited or perhaps put somewhere else.
Thanks,
David
