rasa not connecting to GPT3 #1

When I entered the following questions after running "rasa shell", i get the following output:

Your input -> what is chatgpt?
Great, carry on!
Your input -> what is rasa chatbot?
Great, carry on!

It seems that RASA is not connecting to ChatGPT. I have already set the key: OPENAI_API_KEY = mykey

Can you please advise what went wrong?
