Describe the bug

When the application is launched, the application window and the error window appear "Shadowsocks non-UI error"

Environment

Shadowsocks client version: 4.4.1.0
OS version: Windows 10 21H2
.NET version: 4.0.30319

What did you expect to see?

I expect see only application windows without errors

What did you see instead?

Look at attached image

Config and error log in detail (with all sensitive info masked)

Please install the .Net framework or repair-install: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net48-offline-installer

Pls try redownload the program.
Also make sure all vcruntime is installed.
