After updating Docker to the new version (v.4.32.0), I can't start any of my projects and see the issue

WARN[0000] /Users/abdullahiyahyaali/.deck/apps/education/docker-compose.yml: version is obsolete
Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at tcp://127.0.0.1:2376. Is the docker daemon running?
