Aggregating the test steps before test execution performed

Hi,
Could you guys please help me that how to get @Title and @Step annotations from the nested methods for the test class?
I want to retrieve the test steps of a test case before executing the test for my test management tool instead of aggregating after execution completely?
I see that the aggregate goal is centralize to final report via serenity plugin, but this step only executes after test execution performed already. My purpose performed before the test execution.
