Bug in new release of tower #378
Comments
Hi, can you please provide a screenshot of the selection you are mentioning? It may help to understand the problem |
Hi Paolo,
Like in this view... if I click and select the box of loving_elion about half a second after that, the box unselects itself. It's a bit tricky to catch in pictures as it changes so quickly.
I'm launching these in the Sanger compute farm using the --tower option.
Regards,
Raul

Hi,
I'm using Tower (@ tower.nf ) to monitor several analysis running on our cluster. They are being launched manually with LSF in the cluster. I have around 30 - 40 analysis going on at once.
I've notice that an upgrade was done some days ago. I've noticed that this has broken the selection tool. Eg. When I try to select a group of analyses with the ticks for deletion they are deselected on their own after a few seconds, so it becomes impossible to delete analyses in this manner. I have to go and individually delete each analysis.
