I wasn't sure if this is the best place to put this, but I figured an alternative to paid memberships as the main feature of the subscription plugin, grouping could also be included.
Goal
to allow for multiple users to login to the same "account". This often helps that one person from billing could login and pay with their own login, the content director and social media marketer could both login with different logins and contribute to the diary while meeting about reports. And a login for the web product owner could login to see if his/her developers are contributing while also entering his teams contributions into the diary.
Rules
The diary would also have to be updated for the goal to work, but the goal is sound with/without it.
A maximum logins for the paid account would then have to be introduced as well
the transaction logs would then need to have login attached
Example:
if i'm working with a client, i can give them a single login at the moment. My admin account can see all my clients. but if I'm working with 3 people within one company, all 3 of them would need to have the same account, or i'd have the platform doing 3x the work for the same site.
