After discovering a serious performance issue with transformers, the public API unfortunately had to be broken
to enable a fix. The root cause was that in some scenarios, many more <code>CannotTransformExceptions</code> were created than
anticipated. This turned out to have a very strong impact on performance. Therefore this exception has been completely
removed from DDT. <code>SpecificTransformer</code> implementations can no longer throw this
exception to signal that the master <code>Transformer</code> should try the next transformer in the chain. Instead, they must now
return the magic object <code>SpecificTransformer.TRY_NEXT</code>. Fatal errors can still be signaled with <code>TransformationFailedException</code>.
<code>Transformer</code> will now throw a <code>NoSuccessfulTransformerException</code> if no transformer in the chain was able
to perform the transformation.
