Things to clarify:

  • Customers are only charged for job execution time, and not pipeline execution time.
  • Customers are not charged when the job is waiting for a quota, or an available build machine
  • Price is prorated to a second

I've noticed several support cases whit the above questions. A page like this would be the simplest and most straightforward way to explain the details.
