Sometimes the error ‘ValueError: Invalid EC key’ is report.How to fixed?

Guys, when I run the program, I sometimes get the following error
pyprovision is not installed, querying http://localhost:6969 for an anisette server 200: 40 reports received. I found out when the error was reported
data = base64.b64decode(report['payload']) in request_reports.py code file
the data length of this data is 89.
But the length is 88 when you get a report that can be decoded properly.
How to deal with this situation?
