Add initiative section in home page

An initiative section is to be added below the home page carousel with past event and graphically representing their stats ( number of attendees, speakers etc. )

This issue is open to discussion and ideas until we come up with the best way to represent the data.
Two important points being:

• what all stats is to be included ( attendees etc. )
• a way to represent it on home page
