What happend and What you expected to happen.

1、secretPad v0.12.0b0  p2p模式，bob发起项目，alice同意后，bob仍然显示待同意。   alice进入项目后，点击新增训练流，结果进入登录界面。
2：secretPad v0.12.0b0  p2p模式，alice发起项目，待bob同意，但是bob侧看不到alice邀请的项目。
3: alice进入项目后，点击新增训练流，结果进入登录界面

• bob3、bob2、test1由bob发起，alice已经同意，bob还显示待同意

center模式没有类似问题。 不过center模式部署之后，执行psi任务卡住了，流程走不到隐匿求交节点，可能调度有问题，查看pod，有creat container error。过一段时间后，创建新的隐匿求交任务可以成功。两次部署center模式都是第二天任务才可以正常执行。刚部署完，任务都是卡住。
