Optionally check TEMP dir for log sessions

Currently when the FlySight runs until the battery runs out, the logging session is usually not finalized into an explicit log dir but may still be found in the TEMP directory on the root of the device. This directory is currently ignored by the CLI commands, but it would be helpful to include a flag to optionally consider these temporary sessions if they're over a given size threshold.
