max file size?

Is there a way to set a max file size per log file? I see that you can keep a user defined number of files in rotation but I don't see a way of setting the max file size.

Also, is there a way of defining the filename structure? E.g. 'myApp-yyyymmdd-hhmmss.xxx' would mean it would create files named 'myApp-20190820-12:20:32.001' 'myApp-20190820-12:20:32.002', etc.
