Add SLab email address to site footer

@amandavisconti @lam2c Right now our footer only contains a link to the CC license. Should we discuss possibly adding more content/information to the footer besides the email address?

SLab email address is the only thing I'd thought of (and seems important to do sooner rather than later, though I respect wanting to do everything at once if later work will change things around).

Are there things yall would like to also have there?

• Would a "link to top of page" be useful for accessibility, including on mobile-size screens? (no need, if not)
• Link to our Bluesky account (https://bsky.app/profile/scholarslab.bsky.social)?
