here some wrong entries:

cygnar:

jonas murdoch (solo) has ARM14 not ARM17.

circle:

gallows grove (solo). The correct entry is:
"While in this models command range, enemy models lose Tough, cannot heal or be healed."

SR2015, scenario "outflank":

if you dominate a zone you get 2CP, not just 1.
