[error] Overlapping output directories #1

I was having issues discussed on Google groups while trying out this project. Please fix the project/Build.scala as per suggestion

The root project has the same base directory as core. This means the output directory overlaps and various tasks overwrite each over. That this worked in earlier versions is surprising, but changing the base directory for root to file(".") should fix the problem.
