Bug report: Unable to export VRM model if the mesh has both modifiers and shapekeys

Describe the bug

In Blender 4.3, Unable to export a VRM 0.x model, if the model has both modifiers and shapekeys.

However, in Blender 4.1, it was still possible to export a VRM 0.x model with both modifiers and shapekeys by simply ignoring the warning message.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. add cube to vrm0.x Armature
2. add Subdivision modifier to cube
3. add any shapekeys to cube
4. export .vrm
5. See error
