The EM typeface has the wrong cent (¢) sign. The stroke in the official one goes straight through and is much thinner. For reference see sign W9-6 in this guide.

The fonts were made directly from this Standard Alphabets document, which shows the cent sign with two separate strokes for all series.

The 2012 Supplement might be more current; however, it only has formal definitions of signs, not the alphabets themselves. It's unclear if the sign renderings in that document were made using an off-the-shelf font that might have strayed from the spec, or if the ¢ symbol has actually changed between 2000 and 2012. I think that more info is needed for this one.
