Support lowercase base32

v0.5.0 adds support for QR Code URI's that encode the secret value with a lowercase base32 alphabet.

Previously, only uppercase base32 was supported. Now, uppercase and lowercase both work.

Fix clock comments

This release added a version tag to the clock code and fixed some old inaccurate comments.
