Describe the bug

In version 0.25.2 the position of strokes is not updated when moving selected strokes. The position is updated when you close and reopen the note. I believe this is caused by 40116c5

To reproduce

  1. Open any note and draw a stroke
  2. Select the stroke
  3. Move the stroke
  4. The positition is not updated until you reopen the note

Expected behavior

Update the position when moving strokes

Saber version

v0.25.2

Device

  • Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE
  • OS: Android 14

Funny thing, drawings made with shape tool do move just fine.

I agree, same problem here on following combinations:
Saber .0.25.2 : Freehand lines selected with the lasso can be moved but the move is invisible as the screen is only updated after the note is left and re-opened. Geometric objects update during the move, as expected. This behavior is a Saber 0.25.2 specific, on all platforms: Android ( Android 14), The windows executable and the Linux x86 Version.

Going back to Saber 0.25.1 fixes the issue on all platforms

The bug is also present on my Android 14 tablet. Going back to a previous version is recommendable if you have updated to version 0.25.2.

Still reproducible on 0.25.3 F-Droid on Mi Pad 5 with Android 13
