Can't export as SBA/PDF with Flatpak

Describe the bug

I write to export one of my handwritten notes as PDF. Nothing happens. I checked the logs and it showed it can't find the executable zenity in the path. However, Its working when I check it with Terminal.

To reproduce

1. Open Saber as Flatpak on Laptop
2. Try to export any PDF.
3. It asks PDF or SBA
4. Select one of the option
5. Nothing happens

Expected behavior

Saber should export document as SBA or PDF depending on the chose verison.

Saber version

v0.25.1

Device

• Device: Honor FRI-FXX (Laptop)
• OS: Fedora 40

I can't import new notes either 😕.
