Error 9310: Cannot get live strem information

This is what it looks like when you open it for the first time. I would like to ask where is the error? ?
If you use the old version, you will get stuck on the first line and cannot proceed to the next step?
The third and fourth pictures use the 22.122 run.bat file, but they will get stuck on this screen.
Maybe there is something wrong when I posted the URL?

Please read the Quick Start first. Yrewind requires the -b parameter

Sorry, I don't know much about the usage of the "-b" parameter. Can you give me some examples? I added the "-b" parameter, but it still has no effect and keeps "ERROR"
